| The VIP League of EMQ Children and Family Services staged its third annual preview party in the Rose Garden home of Lia and Will MacDonald on the evening of Nov. 5. The purpose of the event was to bring together past, present and future donors for a preview of the May 6 fundraiser "Entertaining Throughout the Seasons." The May event raises funds for EMQ's addiction prevention programs for middle and high schools. |

| The Bellarmine Mothers' Guild staged its 49th annual benefit fashion show Nov. 7 at the Fairmont Hotel. The event, a full-blown production featuring fashion, music, dance and drama, is a fundraiser for the Bellarmine College Preparatory scholarship fund. |
