Is there some logical reason that there is not a dedicated turn light when turning north or south onto Lincoln Avenue from Willow Street? There is a dedicated turn light when turning onto Willow from Lincoln and in all directions at the other end of downtown at the intersection of Minnesota and Lincoln. At certain times of the day it is almost impossible to turn left (going south) onto Lincoln from Willow to go downtown. In fact, I try to avoid it. I would like to think discouraging people from going to downtown Willow Glen is not the "master plan."
