Sharkys Oyster Bar on Lincoln Avenue is celebrating its second anniversary on Feb. 18, and to commemorate the day, it's inviting the community to take advantage of one-day-only food and drink specials. All entrees will be $10, with $2 beer specials also available.

Sharkys Oyster Bar owner Jim Latter said he's surprised the eatery has lasted so long, especially during a down economy. But he attributes the business's longevity to its regular clientele and good food and service.
