If the rumors are true, prospective new tenants for the Garden Theater include another Starbucks, which would be across from Peets. This is dumb. Then there is another liquor store--Winestyles-- coming in, after residents insisted that Longs Drugstore agree not to carry wine and beer. Even dumber.

We should support existing successful businesses and not create competition. What do Willow Glen residents want? I personally would like to see a Trader Joe's or similar type store occupy the space in the Garden. How about the rest of you?
