VTA plans meeting
for BART designs

VTA staff hosts an open house on April 12 for the community to view the conceptual designs of each of the four proposed BART stations in San Jose.

After several rounds of meetings, the city of San Jose and VTA have completed the first phase of the conceptual design for the station architecture and have two design concepts for the Berryessa, Alum Rock, Downtown San Jose and Diridon/Arena stations near Willow Glen.

Each station has taken on an individual design, incorporating the area's history, community and surrounding neighborhood attributes.

The meeting will take place at San Jose City Hall, 200 E. Santa Clara St., room W118-119, at 6 p.m.

For more information, contact Henry Servin at 408.975.3078 or Brandi Hall at 408.552.4297.

Validated parking is available at the Sixth Street underground parking garage.
