Florist moves down Lincoln into former site of Fleurish

Calee's Lilies will move out of its Lincoln and Minnesota avenue location by July 4 but remain in Willow Glen.
The flower store owned by Calee Grabinski opened in January in the former Sylvan Learning Center. This is her second location. Her first shop is in the Pruneyard Shopping Center in Campbell. Grabinski lost her Willow Glen lease this month and will move into the former Fleurish location at 1335 Lincoln Ave.
One of the reasons she lost the lease, according to Grabinski, is that she did not receive permission from the landlord, Barbara Gordon, to paint the mural on the corner of the building that fronts Minnesota Avenue.
"I'm just glad we are staying in the area," Grabinski said. "We're committed to building the business."
The flower shop carries a variety of exotic and well-known flowers as well as vintage brooches, which she uses on wedding bouquets. The shop offers services for events and weddings and year-round delivery. She also creates gift baskets and romance packages, a personal service that sends someone from the shop to individual homes to decorate a bedroom with flower petals.
"We're really sad, but people love our shop and our flowers," she said, "and our new landlord is excited to have us."
