By Kevin Sparrer

Monterroso dominated his way through his weight class, allowing opponents only two points in the three matches he won.
Monterroso won his final round match over Anthony Lineras of Oak Grove 7-1 after defeating Jordan Yamat 16-1 in the semifinal round and Chris Barcelona of Pioneer 15-0 in the second round of the tournament. Monterroso received a bye in the first round.
