What makes Campbell such a great place to live? You tell us. The 2004 Best of Campbell issue will be out April 28 and we’re depending on our readers to make the hard choices. Our job is to count the ballots and publish the winners. Fill out the ballot as completely as possible, including your name, address and phone number. (We sometimes need to contact voters to help us track down winners we can’t find.) Mail your ballot to Best of Campbell, THE CAMPBELL REPORTER,1095 The Alameda, San Jose, 95126. You can also drop your ballot off at our office.
Ballots must be received no later than March 24, at 5 p.m. You must vote for at least 15 categories, or the ballot will be invalid. Only official ballots appearing in THE REPORTER or our online ballot will be accepted. Copies of the official ballot will not be considered. We reserve the right to disqualify nominees or eliminate categories if it appears there has been a coordinated effort to influence survey results.
